Lo que conviene comparar es el pedido que se confirm\u00f3 realmente y el env\u00edo recibido, no el paquete con una captura de pantalla de un cat\u00e1logo anterior.<\/p>\n<h2>Anota que se ha recibido el env\u00edo<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Anota la fecha de recepci\u00f3n, la referencia del env\u00edo y el estado visible del paquete.<\/li>\n<li>Cuenta los envases exteriores y los envases individuales sin dar por sentado que el n\u00famero de envases exteriores equivale al n\u00famero de viales.<\/li>\n<li>Comprueba que coincidan los nombres de los productos, las cantidades indicadas, las unidades y los identificadores de lote.<\/li>\n<li>Comprueba que los documentos facilitados se refieran al producto y al lote correspondientes.<\/li>\n<li>Conserva el embalaje y las fotograf\u00edas por si fuera necesario investigar alguna discrepancia en la identidad o en el tr\u00e1nsito.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Mant\u00e9n separadas las distintas preguntas<\/h2>\n<p>El estado visible del embalaje no determina la identidad qu\u00edmica ni la calidad anal\u00edtica. Del mismo modo, un informe no demuestra el estado de un embalaje tras el transporte. Anota las observaciones por separado para que tanto el proveedor como tu equipo de recepci\u00f3n puedan identificar qu\u00e9 aspectos deben revisarse.<\/p>\n<p>Sigue las instrucciones de manipulaci\u00f3n espec\u00edficas del producto que se incluyen en el embalaje y los procedimientos de tu organizaci\u00f3n. No deduzcas las condiciones de almacenamiento a partir del color del embalaje ni de una gu\u00eda gen\u00e9rica en l\u00ednea.<\/p>\n<h2>Notifica una discrepancia con suficiente contexto<\/h2>\n<p>Env\u00eda la referencia del pedido, el nombre del producto, el n\u00famero de lote correspondiente y una breve descripci\u00f3n de la discrepancia a trav\u00e9s del canal de contacto establecido. Indica el campo concreto de la etiqueta o del documento en el que se aprecia la discrepancia.
